Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with LoomfyMe. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions.

1. Refund window

If you are not satisfied with LoomfyMe for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@loomfy.me with:

  • The e-mail address associated with your account
  • Your order ID or receipt number

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

4. Consumer rights

This Refund Policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Where local law provides stronger protections, those protections apply.
